ORDER & PAYMENT:

How Do I Order and Pay?

- After deciding the product(s), quantity, size(s), simply CLICK on the big “BUY IT NOW!" Button that can be found at the top of each product page.

- After clicking on the button you will be taken to the Cart Page to review your cart. Once you verify the items in your cart, Click on “Checkout” Button to proceed. If you want to purchase more items, go back to the store and add more products to the cart before clicking Checkout.

- Enter your Contact Details and your Shipping address so that we can ship the items to your house or apartment. Please make sure your address is correct and in English.

- Select the Shipping Method you would like. Either Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping. (Free Shipping will be available for orders over 35$) Then click the “Continue to Payment Method” button!
- Select your favorite payment method. We accept all credit cards and/or PayPal as our payment options. Then Click “Complete Order” and you are done!
Congratulations! Now just sit back and enjoy. Your goodies are being processed and packed as we speak.
Do I need to create an account to order?
You can checkout as a guest BUT there are some perks if you have an account with us: Quick checkout process Easily view your order status, order history, receive updates for new releases and special promotions before anyone else! and much more.. ;)
Is my Personal Information and Payment Secure?
We value and respect your privacy. Your personal information is not shared, and the payment is 100% safe and secure. We are hosted on Shopify, the biggest and most reliable e-commerce platform on the planet. And to be triple sure, we process the payments using Verified PayPal, one of the biggest and most secure payment gateways. PayPal gives you (and provide us) security against all frauds in any transaction or purchase.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, can you send it again?
Every order you made from us is automatically sent to you by email. Please check your spam or junk folder as it may be there. However, If it's still missing, just Contact Us and we'll provide you with the order details!
Do you accept Cash-On-Delivery payment (COD)?

Unfortunately, we don't offer such a service at the moment. But we do accept PayPal, Credit / Debit card (as a PayPal Express Guest).

What is the currency of the store and can I pay in another currency?
All prices may be shown in local currency depending on which country you are in for your convenience. But the customer will checkout using USD.
You will checkout using the most current exchange rate. Your credit card bank service provider or PayPal will automatically convert the currency for you.
Why is my discount (Coupon) code not working?
Discount codes are unique for each customer and/or unique to the specific products or promotional campaigns! The most common reason why a discount code is not working is that the code has been expired.
We suggest that right after you get a discount code you will use it right away.

Where do you Ship and Deliver to?
Yes we provide Worldwide Shipping Anywhere you are in the universe, we got you covered. If you have an address, we can ship it there.
How long does it take you guys to process my order?
We process and pack orders within 1-5 business days of the purchase date  after receiving a clear payment
How long do shipping and delivery take? and when can I expect my goods?
We Offer 2 Methods Of Shipping:
- Standard Shipping(9-25 business days) please allow up to 2-6 weeks for rare cases, like special holidays or extremely high demand.
Expedited Shipping(3-10 business days).for faster shipping.
All packages are sent with Tracking Numbers so you can check it every step of the way!
Has my order already been shipped? How will I know?
Once your order has been shipped. We will provide you with tracking number for each order. Just go to Track My Order page on our site, place the number there and you will get detailed information about your order your package and see its status.
If you still need further assistance, please Contact Us and our amazing support team will check your order status.
Why does the Tracking status show ‘currently unavailable’ or not moving?
Once the package is shipped, it usually takes another 3-7 days for the tracking status to show up correctly. We recommend to check back in a few days.We don’t know why there is a lag time between the tracking couriers updating it but we assure you that your items are on the way. And it is our responsibility to deliver your products right to your house.
Please be patient and we promise it is worth the wait. If there is any issue simply contact our customer support from Contact Us page.
The tracking page says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received my package yet?
Most often, this happens when the packages are held at your Local post office and they should be the ones contacting you. This is something we don't have control over you can contact your local post office if the package has arrived. Please Contact Us for more details!
I ordered 2 (or more) items but only received 1 item so far... Where is the rest of my order?
If you ordered multiple/different products from our store, you may receive multiple packages instead. This is done for more efficiency and faster shipping since we have multiple warehouses worldwide.
Usually, we group everything in one package so that you will receive it all in one package.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS

How do I get a refund?
Once you receive the product you have 30 days to return it to us in the original status / new / original as we send it to you. You will receive a full refund of the order. Please note that the return shipping method is your responsibility!

Can I cancel my order?
The order can be canceled within 12 hours. Because the order is already been processing to be shipped out by our system. If it’s been more than 12 hours you need to wait until you receive the product and return it to us without using it to receive a full refund.
How do I return a damaged item?
You will have to send us a photo/video for the damage. Once we receive your message, we'll just send you a new one immediately, as simple as that!.
I haven't received the refund payment?
Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount refunded to show up. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days please Contact Us to solve your issue!.
